Jennings Rex
Area Manager
Jennings Rex began working for Lane in 2014 in the Estimating Department. In 2015, he transitioned to Operations, where he worked on the Foothills Parkway Bridges in Tennessee. In 2017, Jennings joined Lane's Water/Wastewater division, working on the Little River Water Reclamation Expansion in Woodstock, Georgia. Shortly after completing this project, Jennings joined the VSL team as a Project Manager on NC 540 Triangle Expressway in North Carolina, followed by a short stint in Southern Virginia where he worked on numerous projects. In 2023 he assumed the role of Area Manager for Northern Virginia, responsible for project execution and delivery. Jennings has an undergraduate degree in civil engineering and a master’s degree in business administration. He currently holds a professional engineering license in the state of Georgia.
